January’18 was exciting time for CT partner organization – Affiliation of the National Association of disabled people in Kurgan-Tube because Caritas project with them reached its phase out. The project was dealing with (micro) crediting income projects of disabled people. This month funds used for the project handed over to the association and they have to continue the work independently using funds for revolving fund to credit small business development among their members. CT will monitor their performance and give recommendations.
