Caritas TJ together with the local Church in the eave of the New Year visited the pediatric public psychiatric dispensary of Dushanbe. Children, fosterlings of the dispensary were very happy as they received the New Year gifts from the guests. The institution was supported with a kitchen device for cooking and heating food to improving the conditions of children staying there. The institution provides specific health service to 60 children from capital city and surroundings, 30 of them stay in the dispensary while receiving care other visit it on a daily basis
