Team of CT has reviewed its strategic plan 2016-19. It was developed in 2016 with the support of FCL and guidance of consultant Karl Amman, Caritas expert. This year is the last year of the plan and this review had an aim to assess progress against set objectives of the plan. The review showed that CT mainly accomplished an activities of an operational plan developed for SP implementation. Such, 79% of the plan’s activities considered as accomplished, 13% as unaccomplished and the rest is uncertain. Till end of the year some progress still can be done in the accomplishment of the plan. Next year with consideration of the new I strategic framework CT will develop its new plan for 2020-24.
